How would you rate the quality of the photos?
I'm old enough to observe the development of digital imaging, particularly digital cameras. The fact is not every camera gives the results of the same photo quality. The main determining factor is the image sensor is used, whether it is full frame, APS-C, Micro 4/3, 1 inch or smaller sensors such as in a pocket camera or mobile phone. I often get questions about where a better camera (the picture), the camera A or camera B? For me the answer is easy anyway, just look at the size sensornya.
time compare the quality of the photos from the camera, the fair is looking at the ability of the sensor, the record should apple-to-apple in terms of the size of the sensor. For example a full frame camera like the Sony A7 series yes should be compared to a full frame Canon or Nikon, do not compete with APS-C cameras like the Canon 7D or Nikon D7200. The problem is that the sensor assess matters more to the work of the lab rather than a photographer. So that we should not get stuck with the numbers. Their task is to test, measure and give a score for each sensor camera so there must be the number one and there are number two, and even fellow sensor APS-C course there are the high scores and there are scores low.
If we leave aside the matter of price, I agree when to get the best photos we need a full frame camera. But not everyone can buy a full frame camera, the camera sensor APS-C or Micro 4/3 could be a more realistic option. Is the picture was lost? Technically yes, call for example about dynamic range, about noise at high ISO and a matter of tonal and bit depth. But all that should not also be something that is worrying us. Again I say, do not need to be stuck with those numbers, by comparison would be something measurable. Most often we see people stuck about understanding megapixel camera disguised as a photo quality. Kind of funny when we hear people say: "My photos are not good for my camera just a 12 MP sensor" for example.
difference shape, one of the mirrorless DSLR, but both are equally sensor APS-C 24 MP. With both cameras, we can make a good photo, although lab test scores for both camera sensor is somewhat different.
Well, if you think how to judge the quality of the photos? Whether in terms of numerical, or on the artistic side, or from both?
If you judge the quality of the photos of the numeric / sensor scoring course, you need to find a camera that the sensor has a high score in the test lab.
but..
If you liked the look of the image quality of the artistic side of the course, pocket cameras or cell phones may not matter to you.
